- The metal structure from 3mm thick galvanized sheet profiles;
- Roof and floor made of 0.5mm double corrugated galvanized sheet;
- Intermediate structural profiles from galvanized sheet;
- 60mm PUR heat-insulated panels;
- 7-10cm polyurethane foam thermosystem, with closed cell in the ceiling and floor;
- 50mm basalt wool thermosystem in the walls;
- Active vapor barrier, Knauf;
- Double cladding with plasterboard, plaster and washable paint;
- Floor structure made of fiber cement boards;

The roof of the modular houses is made of double-folded sheet with an inclination of approximately 7 ° so that the meteoric waters are distributed to the four pillars of the module, in which there are drainage pipes.
