How safe are modular homes?

How good is the insulation in a modular house?

Modular houses are insulated inside and out according to the correct insulation standards, just like any other building made of reinforced concrete, brick, wood or metal structure. The walls are insulated with 60mm PUR heat-insulating panels and 50mm basalt wool, and closed-cell polyurethane foam is used in the flooring and ceiling.

How tall is a modular house?

According to the legislation, living spaces must not be under 2.55m, therefore, in the construction of container houses, only modular constructions that comply with this standard are used. The modular constructions used in our projects have an external height of 2.9m.

What kind of authorization do you need to build a house from modular constructions?

These types of constructions need, like the others, a project, approval, authorization and reception, they are subject to the same laws and regulations in force, only that the speed of execution is much higher. Depending on the complexity of the project and the location, you can have your house in a maximum of 30 days, after everything has been established. The bigger and more complex the project, the longer the duration will be compared to the initial estimated time.

How do we collaborate?

Our collaboration will extend from the first contact to the completion of your project. We will be here for you step by step, but below are the main steps we will follow together.

You choose the module

In the first step, you decide what mode you want to discuss further. You advance the discussions about your project with us by phone or at our office. Also at this stage you can customize your project by choosing the compartmentalization, finishes, equipment and much more.

You sign the contract

After we have established every detail of your project and agreed on the concept, you will receive the purchase contract to review and sign. After signing the contract, you make the 50% advance payment and we start the production of your house.

You get the building permit

We offer you all the necessary documentation to obtain the building permit.

Prepare the ground

Depending on your preferences, you can opt for concrete cladding, screwed pillars or concrete slabs (in the case of single modules). Also in this step you have to consider the connection to the utilities. We offer you the architectural plan, the plan for electrical and sanitary installations.

We deliver the project

Shortly after signing the contract, we knock on your door ready for delivery and installation. In this step it is necessary to make the rest of the payment.

We receive the project

After all the construction works have been completed, we hand over the house, providing all the documentation and quality certificates, and you... move into the new house!
